What is KetoFast?

KetoFasting, also known as partial metabolically supported fast, is a specific type of partial fasting that involves eating a limited amount of nutrient-dense foods, particularly foods that are rich in phytonutrients.

This method helps you metabolize and eliminate the fat-soluble toxins that have been liberated from your fat cells, keeping them from being reabsorbed into your body and minimizing your exposure to their negative effects. It also mitigates the potential downsides of fasting, which I believe are largely due to poor detoxification systems. Besides helping your body eliminate toxins effectively, KetoFasting also promotes stem cell activation and autophagy.

Now that you know what KetoFast is and why it’s beneficial for your health, the next thing you need to know is how to implement it. In general, your eating strategy should consist of three to four days of eating a ketogenic diet, one to two days of eating a higher amount of net carbs than you usually do (also called feasting), and one to two days of KetoFasting.

While KetoFast can be a powerful tool for removing toxins from your body, you can make it work to your utmost advantage and get optimal results if you give your detoxification systems a head start. You can do this by minimizing your toxic exposure prior to starting this challenge. Think of KetoFasting as the last step to reducing your toxic exposure instead of the first. Instead of simply eliminating toxins from your body, you should keep them from entering your system in the first place.
